Paul Grimwood

Paul Grimwood is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé USA, which includes Nestlé Beverage, Nestlé Confections & Snacks, Nestlé Emerging Markets, Nestlé Prepared Foods & Baking, Nestlé Pizza, Nestlé Dreyer’s Ice Cream, Nestlé Direct Store Delivery and Nestlé Business Services.

Paul started his career at Mars, where he held a variety of commercial roles in Sales, Marketing and Export culminating as Trading Director.

He then spent four years at Highland Distillers as Managing Director UK & Ireland.

Paul joined Nestlé in 2001 as Regional Director for Purina Petcare. He then took on the role of Vice President for Operations for Northern Europe with Nestlé S.A.
